The home is located at the far east end of the historic town of Avery, Idaho. Within 200 yards of the home is confluence of the St. Joe and the North Fork of the St. Joe Rivers. The home is clean and nicely equipped to provide comfort in a remote setting. It is outfitted to comfortably accommodate six and offers a full laundry facility. The telephone is strictly cellular without a land line service to the home.

There are two bedrooms, each furnished with a queen size bed. There is one bathroom with a shower. Bedding, linen and bath towels are provided. The full kitchen provides a dining table, range, over range microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, blender, coffee maker, and toaster along with all the necessary cooking and eating utensils. Hickory countertops trimmed in walnut highlight the kitchen. The sliding door from the kitchen leads to the deck and backyard. Out back there is a fire pit, a charcoal BBQ and room to pitch a tent if you choose.
On the river expect to see ducks, bald eagles, osprey, kingfishers, water oozles, beaver and if your lucky an otter. Amongst the surrounding mountains are deer, elk, moose, mountain goat, bear, cougar, coyote, fox, and recently wolves. On an evening drive in the high

We welcome pets but require an additional $50.00 charge. The guest remains responsible to clean up after their pet and keep them off all furniture in the home and to never leave them unattended at the home.
